Our curriculum includes the 12 traditional Goju-Ryu forms, as well as the 5 Meibuken forms developed by Dai Sensei Yagi Meitoku.
We practice pre-arranged 2-person and 5-person sparring, traditional self-defence techniques, and applications (bunkai).
