March 5, 2023: Congratulations to Ethan, Andrii, and Mathieu on their successful grading to Yellow Belt!  It was a long, hard grading spanning two classes, including kihon, partner basics, traditional conditioning exercises, Renzoku and Kakomi kumite, ground position-keeping drills and self-defence, padwork, individual and group kata, breakfalls, bunkai, and throws. Congratulations to all for a well-deserved promotion, and thank you to Sempai Zach, Dan, and Mikaila for their assistance that made it all possible. And a special thanks to Sensei Marty Tucker for his excellent  photography.

Nov 18 2022: Huge congratulations to Mikaila on a phenomenal green belt grading, including kihon, group and individual kata, Kakomi and Renzoku kumite (12 rounds of the latter!), Ippon kumite, bunkai, breakfalls, throws, conditioning exercises, padwork, grappling positions drills, ground self-defence, and continuous grappling (8 minutes).
